Eco-School
We are committed to continuously improving our school environment by making environmental awareness and action an intrinsic part of the life and ethos of the school. Environmental issues are incorporated into the curriculum with pupils and staff working together to build partnerships with community groups.
Our aim is to eliminate litter and minimize waste within the school, and to implement eco-friendly initiatives such as the development of an eco garden.
Our new motto is: To help save our planet, play your part! Switch off! Bin it! Reuse it! Be smart!
We were proud to receive the Eco-Schools Green Flag in 2011. This is the top level award in the Eco-Schools programme.
